Republican voters in Utah conducted a mini-rebellion over the weekend. They refused to give longtime Utah Senator Bob Bennett a chance to run for reelection in November. This should be a wake-up call to any incumbent Republican that incumbency by itself is not enough to win over voters. As the Salt Lake Tribune says about Bennett's third-place finish in the voting,
