Harry Reid's son drops the family name from his campaign

The son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is running for governor of Nevada, and it seems he's not very proud of his last name. He wants only to be known as Rory, as his own website confirms by making no mention of his last name. Now Rory has introduced a campaign ad that also leaves out his last name, as reported by The Hill:

Nevada gubernatorial candidate Rory Reid (D) is on the air with his first campaign ad and it's missing one thing: his last name.

Reid, the son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), doesn't say his name at any point during the ad, but it prominently features his campaign logo, "Rory 2010."
