There have been indications that Democrats in Congress think the President just hasn't done a good enough job explaining his agenda to the American people. Now it appears some Democratic governors feel the same way. It can't be that a majority of the American people have rejected the Democrats' agenda. No, it must be a communications problem.

In interviews at the National Governors Association's weekend meeting, several Democratic governors faulted the White House for losing the communications war against Republicans over what Obama has accomplished in his first year.
